Trades and Other Transaction Rules:

Ok since every team wont be filled up for our first season here is how non-human controlled teams will function. Teams with non- human GM will use their default playbooks, depth charts(of players the AI Drafted), they will not earn any extra cash unless their city is picked to be the "Host site" of our Super Sim Bowl. AI teams will not do any trading with other AI Teams and human players wishing to trade with A.I controlled teams will be voted on by ALL other players in the league. No team will ask for a trade that is obivious unfair and league commish can deny any trade request that fall under this "unfair clause". Any new player wishing to take controll of a A.I Team in the middle of the season can do so but will not know the team cash level and must take controll of the team by the start of week 14 or will have to wait untill the completion of post-season play. I think this should be common sense but did want to post this so everyone know's what the plan is for non-human teams and so everyone here knows that Im trying to figure out the fairiest and easiest ways of running our league and keeping it fun for everyone. Any suggestions would be great, I was thinking about doing a can't cut and or can't trade list but not sure if that would be real or fun really so I'll keep you all posted on any other updates and or changes.

I think we need a can't cut list for the actual season so you can't drop a good player so your friend can pick him up, UNLESS it's part of a trade and that person will move their team around to make cap space and cut players to get him on the roster. For the offseason if a big name player isn't fitting well on your team (happens all the time with 90 rating QBs or RBs on Mogul difficulty) and isn't producing or you need cap space go ahead.
I don't like a no trade list. We already have vetoes so we can block unfair trades, and big name trades make this more fun.

yea that is a good point on the no trade list I guess I didnt think it through since I already said I would veto any unfair drops or trades anyways but after tonights draft I'll post a "No-Cut List" and tell all the other players about it before we start the draft.

Can we trade with computer controlled teams? Obviously it'd have to be accepted by the league and the game as an acceptable deal but I wasn't sure if we planned on that even being allowed.

Yea Trades between AI teams and Human teams will be voted on by the league. No one will know who voted for it or against it and all votes are final. Before a trade can be voted on the Me (Commish) will review the trade offer and once acctepted the trade will be voted on then completed.
